To fulfill an order we collect your email, the photo you upload, and the shipping address you provide at checkout. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store full card numbers.
We use your information only to produce and ship your order and to email you order updates (payment confirmation, production progress, and shipping with tracking). We do not send marketing email and we do not sell your data.
Uploaded photos are stored only as long as needed to make your bust and are automatically deleted from our uploads storage after a short retention window. Order records are kept as required for accounting and support.
We rely on AWS (hosting, storage, email) and Stripe (payments). Your data is processed by these providers solely to operate the service.
You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us.
