bustsbustsbusts turns a photo you upload into a 3D‑printed, marble‑style bust that we ship to you. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
You confirm you have the right to upload the photo you submit and to have a likeness of the people in it reproduced as a physical object. You grant us a limited license to use the photo solely to produce and ship your order. We do not sell your photos.
Prices are shown at checkout and charged via our payment processor (Stripe). An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel orders (for example, if a photo is unusable or violates these terms) and refund them.
Each bust is made to order. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Because items are personalized, returns are limited to defects or damage in transit — contact us with photos and we'll make it right.
Don't upload photos that are illegal, infringe others' rights, or depict someone without their consent.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
